Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Several products are exempt from being returned including swimwear, intimates, sale, and clearance items. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To complete your return, please fill out the returns form and be sure to send it back with your package.

 Upon receiving your package, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to process the return. You will then be notified of the refund or store credit.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your return will be processed and you will receive store credit within 3-5 days. Store Credit will be given in the form of a gift card.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may receive refund or store credit. All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like the same item in a different size or color, please place a new order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
